Had cooler but solid pillow

Comfortable and holds its form. Fairly cool but have had cooler. With that being said the quality is right just wish there was a non toxic version.

These pillows are so much more comfortable than any pillows we’ve ever had. They keep their shape and are cooling all night. We find that we’re napping more than before. So worth it.

Uncomfortable, $$$ pillow that I learned is non-refundable

Unfortunately these very expensive pillows hurt my neck and are very uncomfortable. Tempurpedic also doesn't offer refunds or exchanges on pillows. This will be the last time I buy from them.

Cool heavy indulgence

I live in Florida, the cooling effect this pillow provides is helpful in getting down quickly. It's a heavy foam and provides quite a bit of support, you don't really sink into it like lighter foam pillows. For me i only use these pillows now it's non negotiable

Chemical lingering smell

I give it 3 stars because the pillow itself has a lingering smell even after I wash the covers. For the price I didn’t expect the smell to linger and it’s already been a few weeks.
