WORST PILLOW EVER

Didn't even make it half a night. These pillows flatten immediately when you use them. So much so you feel like there is no pillow at all. Oh and customer care? They don't care. They want your money and that's all they care about. Horrible neck pain, back pain, etc. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Too Bulky

These pillows are too bulky. Take half the material and weight away then these may be the ideal pillow. My husband who usually likes a firm to bigger pillow is complaining of discomfort and neck tension due to this pillow. The bulk makes your sleeping position out of alignment with your natural spine. The cooling aspect was nice but the pillows themselves are too thick for side, front and back sleepers.

Comfortable Pillow- Needs More Cooling

My husband and I like these pillows for their comfort and adaptability to different sleeping positions. We both are extremely hot sleepers however, and still wake up with necks soaked in sweat while sleeping with these pillows. We had had high hopes for them being very cooling and helpful for us being such furnaces while asleep. We will continue the hunt for the ice cube pillows we clearly need. ;) Very comfy though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is advertised as a medium firm pillow. What I received was more like a super soft that flattened when you lay your head on it. Tempur pedic will do nothing to fix the problem. They do not do refunds or returns and warranty said there is not visible problem with the pillow. If you want your money stolen then buy this pillow. If not then steer clear.
