Added gel on both sides allows the pillow to be flipped!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stays very cool and the addition of the cooling gel on both sides of the pillow allows you to flip the pillow when hot. The only issue is that the gel does not go to the edges of the pillow, which is where I tend to sleep, on the edge. Otherwise, stays cool, great sleeping!

Causes neck pain

This pillow is so strange and uncomfortable. It provides no support whatsoever thus causing neck pain. The pillow sinks in, but not in a way that conforms to your head and neck. It literally just flattens in whatever area you have your head in. It is also significantly heavier than any other pillow I've ever used.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Too thick

The quality is good and the cooling effect works for a few minutes, but it's so thick that I wake up with neck pain. It's good for side sleeping but not back sleeping; it props my head up way too high. Think twice before purchasing because pillows can't be returned and this thing is expensive. I wish they had test pillows.

My ex gf had these pillows and when we broke up, I knew I had to get one for myself. I will admit that the first couple nights, I woke up with a stiff neck but after getting used to that... it's been heaven on earth.
