[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] King size pillow is heavier than a regular pillow but it is at the same time more stable and less deformable than a regular pillow. Good cooling and good height for my sleep type. Overall I find it great.

Literally, cannot wait to go to sleep. Cool, firm yet comfy. I would continue to buy these pillows. I am a pillow connoisseur. I have tried them all. My favorite for many years were the Ralph Lauren down feather pillows no longer available. But these, by far flow those out of the water.

Fantastic pillow

We got 2 of these pillows and my fiancé and I both love them. The cooling works great and they are extremely comfortable. If you sleep on your side you may find the firmest version still isn't quite there, but this isn't much of a problem for us.

Don't buy this garbage!!!!!!

It's neither Med-Firm or cooling!! It goes flat very quickly and it stays cool for a good 5 mins!!! You can't return, exchange, or get a refund and you can't talk to customer service over the phone. I was going to buy a mattress but that's not going to happen. Just DON'T buy the pillows!!!!!!

The best pillow ever!

I have been searching for the perfect pillow for a few years now. I have tried a few popular brands, that were great at first but then fell flat and I had to move on to another one. That's until I found this pillow. It is THE BEST pillow and I couldn't imagine having any of the other brands again. This pillow has helped me gain more REM sleep, helped me not snore as bad, and helped me not sleep so hot. It curves perfectly to my head and is really cool to touch temperature wise. I couldn't recommend this pillow enough. I loved it so much, I bought my husband one too! He loves it too!
