The product (despite being a little expensive) delivers everything you need in a pillow! Great, great product! I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to buy their last pillow. For those who sleeps with two pillows, this one will be a great choice because you'll start sleeping with only one, feeling a fresh breeze in your neck, and with all the comfort that a tempur pedic has to offer.

I used to have problems sleeping through the night due to the heat. After getting this pillow, my sleep quality is significantly improved. I could get 7-8 hours sleep without waking up. Thank you for the cool product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought 2 of "Cloud Breeze Dual Cooling- king" pillow I didn't expect this much firm. haha Since it is too firm, it is little bit high to me. My husband likes it, but not to me. I have lower back issue, so it hurts my back next morning. If you are considering buy this, make sure this is "FIRM"

pillow feels great for about 30 seconds and then sinks down becoming flat and offering 0 support. i end up waking up multiple time a night having to flip the pillow and even that does not work because it becomes so flat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cooling part of this pillow is really neat; it works surprisingly well. The downside is the firmness of this pillow. If it were as soft as the cloud pillow and had the cooling effect it would be perfect.

I had this pillow five years ago and it was amazing, like putting your head in the refrigerator. It got very hard and unstable after putting it in the wash and tempurpedic said it wasn't covered under warranty, so I bought another one because the first one was great. This one is hardly cool at all, they changed materials or something.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
