Could be most advanced pillow ever, but its NOT for me!!

3-night review: Bigger guy here (6'4, 215) with a big noggin. Once my head sunk and settled into this pillow, it rested about 1" or so above the mattress. So ultimately I need something with more support. That being said, the **Breeze Dual Cooling** technology is NOT a gimmick. The side of my head felt like it was a few inches away from a sheet of ice. I could feel a tingling sensation of coolness that was honestly a little too intense, even for a hot-sleeper like myself. Maybe people who live in really hot climates would appreciate this feature more(?) These pillows will be going into our guest bedroom! The search for the "unicorn pillow" continues... Note: Tempur does not accept returns or exchanges of pillows, no exceptions.

Gives me headache and wakes me up :(

My pillow came in recently and I used it for only 3 days and stopped using it now. I woke up with an uncomfortable feeling and a headache those 3 days of using the pillow. I bought this pillow thinking it would help with my neck pain, as suggested by my doctor. Not sure if I can return and change to another model... my husband loves his purchase (TEMPUR-Cloud Cooling Pro Pillow) but mine doesn't work for me :( I looked at the reviews before selecting mine though :(

Was a little skepticle considering usually the memory foam pillows are a bit firmer than regular pillows, but awesome pillows, best ever and the cooling gel works great also. Love them.

I'm not sure what these people are talking about giving these pillows great reviews but they are NOT cool. They get flat & hot & stay that way all night! I really wish I could return them. Worse money I've ever spent on something. Woke up with the worst neck pain.

If I could of rated 0 stars I would of. I originally bought this pillow about 8 years ago. That pillow needed replaced so I bought it again. I took advantage of their promo BOGO. My wife tried the pillow also. This pillow isn't the same as the one I bought years ago. This one is really soft. The older one was a lot firmer. Sleeping with it for a few nights we both had horrible neck pains. We both went back to our older pillows. My wife is still complaining of neck pain. She said if her pain doesn't get better soon she will go see her doctor. Because of their no return policy on pillows we wasted our money and ended up throwing them out. I'd look elsewhere.
