The pillows are huge. I love their size but they are wayyyy too soft. I can't sleep on them because my head feels like it is not supported and sinking in. I am upset at how much I paid for two when I'm not completely happy. If they were more firm then I would love them. but they are useless to me. Beware of the firmness or lack thereof.

I've tried many memory foam pillows in the past but this one is the best. I've had such amazing sleep since i bought this. It feels so cool night sleep on this sleep and I don't sweat anymore now. This is THE BEST pillow ever.

Both my husband and I have pain in our necks and shoulders. We go for massages and have cycled through numerous pillows. I read a review about the best pillows and decided to give the Tempur Cloud Breeze Dual pillow a try. Well, not only did we live it but I have now purchased it for all our beds. When we travel we can't wait to get home. If it was a little "lighter" I'd travel with it. We both have agreed that our neck and shoulder pain has resolved. Thanks Tempur-Pedic! PS I am a nurse and I recommend this pillow frequently

Not Cool

As I constantly flip my pillow during the night to get to the cold side, I had high hopes for the pillow. The cooling effects of this pillow are negligible and disappear after 2-3 minutes. I don't flip my pillow anymore though, this one is too heavy to flip. Also, it's too firm for me.

The cooling gel stopped working after 3 weeks. It now runs hot like any other non cooling pillow. Tempur-pedic wouldn't accept it as a warranty claim.
