Love my pillows!!

My only complaint is the cooling gel is not as cool as they were when I first got them. Kinda faded quick but I still very much love them.

Not cooling Not for side sleeper

I never right reviews but since you can't return the pillow ill help others out. Its NOT cool to the touch at all, you have to lay your head on it to feel anything. When you do it feels like an ice bath but goes away within 5 minutes. Pillow is soft, medium firm but not for side sleepers, hurt my shoulders. For the price should be much better
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My son came down to visit and raved about how these pillows are awesome and he slept better than he has in a long time. I let him take the 2 I had and bought 2 new ones.

Really, the perfect pillows

Slept at a friend's house and these pillows were on the guest bed. I slept great! As I was stripping the bedding before I left and checked out what type of pillows they were.
Ordered some the minute I got home and I love them! So comfy and cooling.

Just as advertised — cool & comfy

This pillow provided just what I was looking for — it keeps me cool throughout the night, and offers just the right amount of firmness without being uncomfortable. It is worth noting that if you prefer pillows on the softer side, this might not be for you.
The product did have a strong rubbery (?) smell coming out of the package that lingered for about a week for me (even while trying to air it out for a day) so if you do buy, give it a couple of days to air out before use.
Would recommend overall. Rating is 4.5, rounded to 5.

Never in my life have I spent so much for two pillows. But after reading all the information, decided to bite the bullet.
Fell asleep in minutes and slept through to seven the next morning. I cannot remember the last time that happened.
Have been enjoying wonderful sleep, without neck or back pain the next morning, for almost two months now.
Told my cousin about these pillows and she purchased two. Since the first night, she has enjoyed a 100 score on her sleep apnea apparatus. She is thrilled.
Run … don’t walk and get yourself a set of these pillows.

I love the cooling tech. It’s wonderful. And the softness is perfect. If you took an inch off of the thickness, it would be a perfect pillow.

I desperately need a firm pillow for side sleeper

This is a high quality pillow. I purchased two, as a side sleeper, hoping it would adequately support my neck. Alas, The pillow does not support the head and compresses to the point I have neck pain in the morning. Hoping I can find a firm pillow that is not contoured. I have purchased them from Tempurpedic in the past and they worked very well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
