I'm sad with these pillows. This cooling thing can't be real...it gets so hot. I've had these pillows a couple months now to give a real review. They're comfortable if YOU LIKE FIRM PILLOWS. it says medium firm right there so those complaints, toss them...they morph to your head like perfectly but I will say that yes it takes forever to get back into shape and yes, these pillows are like the heaviest pillows in the world, and it's because there's gotta be a hidden heater placed inside to explain both the weight and the heat. The reviews that say they're cool had to be a promotion or there's clearly a body type that has an adverse reaction to this pillow and it's all of us writing the reviews... I have the adapt bed...it's great, doesn't get nearly as hot as the adapt pillows. They are so not worth the price. Id only pay for it because I like the firmness and the morphing part. It's worth maybe $50-60 for that piece alone of being the tempurpedic material. But if you are buying this specifically for cold...or for light weight fluffy pillow... You will not get either of that. The return policy is a joke... Charge a 10% restocking fee and then donate the pillows to veterans homes or shelters, all around win for you and your customers and maybe we try another pillow in your line instead....we all know your company can handle the take back and donations.
