Super heavy and flat

for the amount that I spent on my pillows, I was sourly disappointed! Literally, my neck is killing me! The pillows weigh about the same as a 5 yr old, they are heavy and flat, with no neck support. Going to attempt to return them... wish me luck!

Best pillow ever!

After purchasing our Tempur-Pedic Luxe cool bed we decided to get these pillows and wow are we happy we did. Not only does the cooling radiate through the my pillowcase but it's on both sides of the pillow, so if you like to flip your pillow over it's still there. Also, the tempur foam is still supportive which I need due to neck issues. I sleep on my back/side and this pillow has been amazing. The support is there, the cooling, and I should mention these pillows are heavy. You can feel the quality. Worth the price for sure!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was attempting to replace an older version (over 6 years) of the Cloud pillow that I loved but have put through it's paces. Initial cooling is fine. You feel it right away. But the longer we're on the pillow, the warmer it gets until it is straight up hot. We were also very disappointed in the amount of compression this pillow had with just a head on it and the lack of rebound in the material. Did not form around the head and neck so much as slowly sink flat. Overall disappointed. Went back to the older pillows and slept much better.
