I love being able to sink down into my pillow and move around to a fresh, new, cool spot after a hard day's work. I also feel like I fall asleep quicker and stay asleep longer due to the cooling effects.

Not necessarily a bad thing, but I do like to flip from side to side and sometimes move my pillows around. You get a mini nocturnal work out with these pillows.

The cooling pillow is not comfortable. Have had tempur-pedic mattress and pillows for years but this one disappoints. Also if you don't read the return policy carefully you find out the 90 day sleep trial does not apply to a pillow. If you buy a pillow anywhere don't do it here.

Worst pillow I have ever used!

It was way too firm and high at 6.4". It negatively impacted my sleep and I woke up with a stiff neck. No return or exchange permitted. Felt cheated.
