Tempur responded quickly and shipped the correct pillow and even let me keep the incorrect one. The cloud dual breeze provides great support while staying cool all night. I find this pillow to be perfect and well worth the money.

I've had the pillow for about three weeks and it no longer cools on either side of the pillow. Tempurpedic refuses to provide a refund even though the product is not as described. Buyer beware
