Best Pillow EVER

Let me preface by saying that I am a cold-natured person. But this cooling pillow is great. It keeps you cool for most of the night. And the firmness gives me a good night's rest. Mine is king size and it's most comfortable. And if I had to decide on the purchase of another pillow, I'd choose this one again and again. And if that's not enough, I got mine on a 2-for-1 sale.

I was really excited when I received my two Queen TEMPUR CLOUD pillows. However, after using them for a month I have to say they seem to be hard and when my head stays in the same spot it sinks into the pillow as if my head was in a clay mold. Not exactly comfortable. I'm still trying to adjust and hoping my experience changes.... I can say that they ARE COOL constantly which is a good thing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My wife got me these pillows for Christmas. From the first night I really like them. They stay cool and help me get a good night's sleep.

We tried another “luxury mattress” after having a Tempurpedic. The mattress slept hot and wore out in 5 years. We went back to Tempurpedic and won’t stray again. Immediate better sleep and COOL! We love our new mattress

Bad smell still after 8 weeks, unusable and no refunds/exch

Pillow still has bad smell still after 8 weeks, unusable and no refunds/exchanges on pillows (and sheets).
The smell appears to be coming from the blue cooling pads and cant detach them from pillow. I do not recommend this product.
Followed their recommendations of press and release but did not help. Also removed cover on pillow as recommended but did not help.
When I called in, at first the rep said this was not normal, I apologize, yada-yada. But after me explaining I followed all their steps and not normal = defective.... then all of the sudden the smell was explained as normal for this product.
Well I still have an unusable pillow.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Such a great lifelong investment

I am a writer and filmmaker. Having a bed which sits up is so helpful, and transforms almost into a quiet office to contemplate and create. It is like sleeping on clouds! My entire family loves it -- we have to kick our kids out :-)

Does as it says keeps cool.

So far so good. Still have a lingering smell to it. But it does keep your head cool sometimes too cool. Overall supportive and does what it says.
