[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon arrival and unwrapping, the pillows had a strong odor and we had to keep them on our sun porch for five days before using them. One pillow had a dark smeared stain under its pillow casing. We made a small slit in the casing and found a decayed insect. The same pillow has small lumpy bubbles on one side and it does not provide a cooling effect on either side. This pillow is useless and unacceptable - - a complete disappointment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have a severe sleep disorder and I will say although maybe not expected by the description it is still the best pillow I've tried. I do not toss nearly as much with this pillow and it is cooler than any pillow I've slept on.
