[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tempur-Cloud Breeze Dual Cooling pillow is nice and comfortable, however, it doesn't really give me the cooling effect I was hoping for. You can keep flipping it over through the night to stay cool but one side only stays cool for a little while. Other than that, it is a very good product.

We have purchased these pillows 3 times but the quality in 2023 had a steep decline. They used to be my favorite pillow but now they are far too soft and after 6 months of use they had no support at all. Having to replace expensive pillows after 6 months due to neck pain is a massive disappointment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to have this heavy weight pillows, knowing that I need to have a firm pillow as not to have me lay flat while sleeping. Unfortunately, these are not the pillow that I need to accomplish this. At this point I am using both pillows and hoping that I do not need to start folding one to keep myneck hight above my shoulders while sleeping. Again, I want to state these are beautifully made, high quality pillows...just not in the least bit firm.

This pillow is high and although it states the pillow is a medium feel, the pillow is quit firm and as heavy as the mattress.
