Attempted to return it within 2 days of receiving it and was told that the product cannot be returned. I wish that we were warned ahead of time.

My only complaint is that it doesn't support my neck. I need something a little more firm. But this pillow is great for relaxing, just not a side sleeper who struggled with next support.
