The smell is horrible

These have such a strong smell. I have washed the cover, and aired the pillow out for 6 weeks and it still smells too bad for me to use.

The opposite of cooling

I would do some research prior to purchasing this pillow. If you are looking for something that is truly cooling, this is not it. It’s definitely comfortable and everything you’d expect from a Tempurpedic, but it is hot to sleep on it night.

I love Tempur-Pedic products but this pillow does not work for me. The "cooling" is not an upgrade from other pillows. I have to flip it in the middle of the night. It is heavy compared to other Tempur pillows.

Not Comfortable and way too heavy!

For the amount of money this pillow costs it should cradle your head like it was an Egg. This pillow causes me more pain & headaches than prior to getting them. The smell is atrocious and I let it air out for over a week before we used them. The weight of the pillow is like moving a dead body. I do not recommend this pillow.

Best pillow I’ve ever used and will never buy any other kind going forward. Provides adequate support without being too stiff. Cooling feature is nice as well.

This pillow is absolutely so heavy and soon as you lay your head on it the pillow goes completely flat. There isn’t any cushion. Waste of money
