[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The worse pillows I have ever purchased , very low quality . Not comfortable at all, feels like I am sleeping on complete brick . Contacted warranty department and they absolutely did not help in assisting me. Spent over 300 dollars . Very unhappy, and very unsatisfied with the service provided from Tempur-pedic. Have used them in the past and never encountered this issue.

It keeps her head cool most of the night, but if it wears off she just flips the pillow over. Great support. The pillow comes with its own removable, washable cover. We don't recommend using a pillowcase because it puts a barrier between you and the cooling effect.

They are hard as a rock and have not soften in the last month we have had them. I don't even use them anymore and since I ordered them online, I am told I cannot get a refund or exchange them for other pillows. At this point, I will never order again, especially for the price I paid.

I left my old Cloud Breeze at a hotel and have longed for it since; like Romeo to Juliet. I tried a cheaper alternative for a year or so and knew my sleep quality was suffering, but finances wouldn't allow me to buy a replacement. The reunion has been everything I imagined. Better sleep. Less tossing and turning. Dreams are long epic stories rather than a collection of short stories throughout the night. Couldn't be happier. No matter how far from home I travel, at the end of each day my head will be resting on my Cloud Breeze.
