Bad Pillow-not for side sleepers

Had high hopes for this pillow since I have been on the journey to find the perfect pillow. This pillow is not good for side sleepers. The pillow gets flat and no support. Unable to sleep well and still got neck pain from lack of support.

We have tried several different pillows in the past. None were as comfortable as this pillow. I usually got up with neck pain every morning. Once, we started sleeping on the Cooling Pillow, I don't wake up with pain.

Have tried all sorts of pillows to alleviate my neck pain and nothing worked except Tempur. Woke up with no neck and shoulder pain for the first time in ages! Incredible!

For nearly $200 I was expecting more- definitely don't feel the cooling. It's ok as a pillow, but could have gotten similar experience for less.

The pillows themselves are comfy enough, but I don't notice any cooling properties especially after pillowcases are on. For nearly $200 there are comparable or better options.
