I now have to fold this pillow to get sufficient support especially when sleeping on my side. It adapts and basically flattens after a few minutes of use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I can not put into words how much I love this pillow! I have never felt as rested as I do since I've purchased this pillow. I'm a stomach and side sleeper and I am always comfortable. Plus it is alway cool!

if ure like me & have bad neck, head & shoulder aches & need pressure relief, this is for you. this pillow is AMAZING. lets start with the cooling, which has benefits that tempur-pedic doesnt even list here! i use icy hot to ease my pain normally but the scent & cream is messy. this pillow had the same cooling effect to relax my muscles as icy hot does without the scent & mess! u literally feel the breeze from the pillow & i started to feel the pain in my hot achy joints disappearing. its CRAZY but its true. the softness is high which relieved my neck/head pressure as well but its firm enough. but im a petite woman. the way it comforms to my head, its like a soft cushy cradle. love it SO much that i now have to get a mattress with the exact same features. life changing. i was afraid it was all hype. its not. its real.

My biggest problem was that I would get really hot at night and would wake up as a result. Since I bought tempur-pedic cooking pillows my nights are a whole different.
