The pillow is very comfortable. I prefer a more firm pillow and this offers the firm feel but also allows it to conform around by head. Love the cooling aspect it provides as well as I sleep very warm. The cooling element has made it easier to sleep through the night. Will definitely recommend this product to others, especially those that like a firm pillow along with the cooling aspect of the pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Truly, this is the best pillow I've ever used. Typically, I like a flatter pillow but I've been needing more support recently. This pillow is not too bulky, but gives all the support I need. Whether I am sleeping on my back or side, my head sinks right into the pillow and does not move. I have noticed significantly less tossing and turning at night. My head feels cradled all night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried many cooling pillows before but nothing about them truly "cools" me down at night. This thing really does cool your head and neck down. And that is amazing. No more flipping the pillow at night. The downside is, there isn't enough pillow. It's too thin. I need more pillow to sleep at night. I would still rather choose a fatter pillow than have the cooling tech, if it only came in that flat size. But still am going to use it on really hot nights!!
