After stopping in a mattress firm store I was sold on this pillow and I ordered one and I have not had a neck ache in the 3+ weeks that I've had this pillow. my sleep is better. I do not toss and turn as much, I highly recommend it.

I'm excited to share my recommendation for my Tempur pillow, as it is the best pillow I've ever owned! It has helped me get the best sleep, especially after having had spinal surgery of the neck! It adjusts and aligns my spine in a way that no other pillow has been able to do! I can't recommend this pillow enough!!! Excellent quality and keeps me cool at the same time! The height of the pillow is perfect for me as a side sleeper. I use a pillow between my knees to help with sciatic nerve pain and it worked extremely well. I would definitely recommend it.
