I thought it was a stay cool pillow, but it's not. It's ordinary. I liked my old tempurpedic pillow better. Had it for 12 years. This one seems to clump compared to my old one. I guess I just picked the wrong style of the tempurpedic pillows. But, it's fine for now.

For it supposedly being memory foam, it doesn't go back how it should with my experience. Every morning I have to fluff it back into place. It is comfortable to sleep on. To be honest I like my Sealy memory foam pillow better.

Purchased pillow in store, shipped by tempurpedic, and did not know that the mattress I purchased would offer, upon delivery and opened, a buy one get one free pillow. Had I known, I would have waited until delivery to purchase. Trying to work it out with tempurpedic. Hoping they will promo me a second pillow and honor the bogo advertisement. We will see.

The Temper Cloud + Cooling pillow gives goo's support. It has eased much of my shoulder pain but it pretty much fails the cooling job. I don't experience any cooling effect. If you're a stomach sleeper, this is a good choice. Just don't expect the cooling experience.

Temper-Cloud Cooling Pillow+Cooling is comfortable until all of the foam shifts and it goes flat, then it feels like you're laying on bricks. This isn't a one time problem as it happens every night making it hard to sleep. I bought the pillow hoping it would help my neck pain, but honestly my neck pain is much worse now than it was before. I wish Temper Pedic had a satisfaction money back guarantee on this price point pillow.
