Not what I expected at all. Very disappointing and I have to use another pillow under it. I probably will quit using it because my arms are starting to go numb at night.

It could be a bit firmer, but I should've bought the slightly firmer pillows instead of the cloud series. This was my first pair of tempurpedic pillows, so I'll know for next time.

I have one in my guest room currently. My Mom asked me to purchase her one for Christmas that it was such a great experience sleeping on that pillow so she is so happy she loves it. She said it is really helping her neck and she sleeps with a CPAP machine so it is a lifesaver.

Adapt soft

Our adapt soft was hard as a rock when we received it. Nothing like the show room. I was told it would have a break in period but we are 2 weeks in and still it's hard. I can tell slowly it's softening up but not fast enough. I've thought about returning it.

These pillows are very comfortable and even seem to have to cooling effect. They are not too thick and mold right to my head

No one wants to have to "think" about their pillow at night. This pillow is consistently pleasant to sleep on. After a long day, it's a perfect lift to my neck and head.
