Not Firm Enough and No refunds

Don't purchase online if you are not sure if this pillow is for you. Test it out in stores. They don't accept returns on pillows. I will not be purchasing anything Temperpedic again. If you are someone who sleeps in multiple positions. This pillow is not for you.

TEMPUR-Cloud pillow

As a side sleeper I could never get comfortable and woke up with a sore neck. My TEMPUR-Cloud pillow fixed both problems. Now I wake rested and with no neck pain.

Wonderful but expensive

We got two regular sized Tempur-Pedic pillows when we got our new king size bed five years ago. We love our bed and we love the pillows but the size was all wrong. The price of king size pillows scared us off but cheaper ones were, well, cheap.
When I saw the BOGO offer I jumped on it and got two king sized pillows. Fantastic decision.

Perfect feel, but loft a little too short

I was replacing a pillow that was too firm and too high, and decided to try the Cloud pillow. I know the feel is supposed to be soft, but it felt more medium soft with just enough firmness for my preference. I'm mainly a back and side sleeper though, so the loft is a little too short to be able to sleep on my side comfortably. I have a towel underneath it to raise the loft which seems to help. This pillow is definitely better for back sleepers, but can be great for anyone looking for something just slightly softer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great pillow for particular needs. If you like a pillow that is more on the firm side and has a heavy feel, this one is for you. I am a back sleeper and it’s perfect. The quality is very good.

Not worth the price

I have cervical problems and have a hard time sleeping without my neck acting up. i have not seen any improvement and have been using it for a couple of months.
