It took a while to soften. It provides support, but it is not as fluffy as I expected. It shrinks after use, but it bounces back. I hope it lasts long enough to justify the price I paid.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

ive always been cheap and opted for getting cheap pillows and reusing them till they are lumpy and barely recognizable. TMI but yeah theyve been through my blood, sweat, and tears. Well, after dumping some horrifying pillows and needing some new ones, i decided to finally upgrade and try out a nicer brand. I dont think i can go back any time soon. This new pillow is so comfy and simultaneously plush yet firm enough to be supportive. I also like that it stays cool throughout the night

I absolutely love my TEMPUR-Cloud® Pillow in King size! It’s incredibly comfortable and provides the perfect balance of softness and support. The memory foam feels plush while still giving my neck the support it needs throughout the night.
I also love the king size—it gives plenty of room to move around and feels luxurious. The pillow has a great quality feel and has quickly become one of my favorite pillows. I wake up feeling more comfortable and well-rested. Definitely worth it and highly recommend!

This pillow is very soft and comfortable. I do think however it may be a little too soft with not as much support but still a great pillow especially if you're going for soft pillows where your head sinks in.

I absolutely love the Tempur-Pedic Cloud Pillow! It has the perfect balance of softness and support without feeling too firm or stiff. It’s incredibly comfortable and molds to my head and neck while still giving me the support I need throughout the night.
I’ve tried so many pillows over the years, and this is one of the first that I can actually sleep comfortably on all night. It’s plush and cozy without feeling like my head is sinking too far down. I also really appreciate that it holds its shape and doesn’t feel flat after using it.
If you’re looking for a comfortable, supportive pillow that feels luxurious without being overly firm, I definitely recommend this one. 5 stars from me!

I would compare these pillows to sleeping on tires...

I would compare these pillows to sleeping on tires. It sounds like it could be comfortable but ultimately you hate yourself for even trying. These pillows are so dense my neck feels like it’s being separated from my skull. I have really tried to like these pillows, I even bought some cute pillow covers but they do not disguise the pain I feel every time I look at them plopped on my bed. They’re stiff, they hurt and I think I could dislocate a bone if one fell on top of me hard enough.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
