It’s the best night’s sleep I’ve ever had. I wish I’d done it sooner. The quality of the mattress is unmatched by anything else I’ve ever experienced.

I have searched for a good pillow for years now: all different types of memory foam..and I’ve finally found one! Perfect for my neck pain, not too hard not to soft.

I would like this pillow a lot if there was slightly more support. My head just sinks in and it becomes too flat

I'm a back and side sleeper over 60; this pillow works better than I expected. It sleeps a little warm, the cooling cover upgrade would likely fix that issue. I might be sleeping longer. Just a comfortable pillow that conforms to your head. Good Luck finding your best sleep.

Not my favorite

I do not understand the "cooling" technology, I could not tell a difference. The pillow is heavy not my favorite. I love Tempur-pedic products but I will not buy this one again. They offer several other pillows that cost less that are much more comfortable. Be aware, pillows cannot be returned even if you do not break the shrink wrap.

Almost perfect

The pillows are good but I would like them a little stiffer. I have neck issues & require a little less give with my pillows to be completely comfortable. When the pillow is colder it does seem to have more stiffness but after I've laid on it for a bit there is no resistance.

Cloud is very misleading

This pillow is anything but a cloud. It’s hard as a rock. I’ve been on the hunt for a great pillow. I used Tempur-Pedic years ago, and it was my favorite pillow. They discontinued the one I used, which is why I stopped using them. Decided to try them again. Now I remember why I stopped.
