Huge DECLINE in quality and comfort

Purchased this new set of pillows last month to replace the SAME EXACT pillows that I ordered in 2022— only to now find the quality has gone down SUBSTANTIALLY. So sad for such expensive pillows. This new version is terrible. Despite being temper material they feel less dense, less substantial, and flatten very easily. In addition, the new (cheaper) pillow cover is thinner, less structured and slides out of place easily turning the pillow into a weird twist tie. Very disappointing because the ones we purchased in 2022 were really awesome for 4 years and these new ones are garbage already. Pillows are not a returnable item so BUYER BEWARE.

Best pillows ever

I bought these in April 2020 starting over from a divorce when they were having a but one get one sale.
It is now 2026 and I am slowly upgrading my new house and wanted to buy these pillows again for guests. I found my old order and realized I’ve been using these pillows for 6 years now and they are still so incredible I’m trying to find my old order to order more. They are still holding up after almost a decade.
I have tossed other pillows for losing shape after a matter of months… Target brands, Bamboo, you name it. These have gotten me through 6 years so far and I wasn’t even replacing them- I was buying additional.
Figured that was review worthy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very firm and doesn't feel like tempur-pedic

I'm a side sleeper and stomach sleeper so it is hard to find a pillow to do this. However, this pillow is extremely firm not medium-firm. It doesn't sink in like a Tempurpedic pillow or mattress. Not a happy purchase at all. Wish I could return because then I would get the side sleeping pillow that I loved when I had it but thought I'd try this one since I've started stomach sleeping too with my back pain. I will say my neck pain eased up with this pillow but not comfortable.

Get your best sleep on a Tempurpedic because customers say it’s like sleeping on a cloud of comfort. Put your aches to bed and wake up fresh and fully rested with a Tempurpedic Cloud behind you. Every night will be something to look forward to, because this pillow doesn’t quite providing comfort until YOU are back in action.

I wanted to like the pillow but it’s too tall and stiff. I contacted customer care and they said that a refund is not allowed if you purchase pillows. What a disappointment.

this pillow is firm, supportive, and unbelievably heavy. Almost impossible to move lying down.
