Soft but flat and thin

I like how soft it is and how it is good for back and side sleeping but it is too flat and thin. In order to use it I have to have a pillow or blanket under it to prop it up so my neck isn’t at an uncomfortable angle. Not worth the cost.

Flat pillow. So very disappointed. These pillows cost way too much to have any other feeling besides satisfied.

I have dealt with neck pain for years. I’ve tried many things, physical therapy, stretching exercises, standing desk, various pillows, you name it. Nothing seemed to work long term until I added the tempur-cloud pillow into the mix. I still need to keep up with my exercises, but I now wake up refreshed, pretty much pain free and life is good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Got a headache the first night of use because it doesn’t have enough support for my neck. Still in search of a soft pillow with support.
I got the BOGO deal and reached out to try and return the extra pillow that I haven’t even opened, but they don’t do returns on pillows.

Traveling to the world's top resorts and trying their premium pillows has ignited an ongoing quest for the perfect sleep experience. Unfortunately, my encounter with Tempurpedic pillows was a major disappointment; they are too firm and uncomfortable for my neck, preventing me from fully enjoying the plush, cloud-like comfort I was led to expect. 😭

Unexpected Excellence

I bought these because they were buy 1 get 1 free, honestly, and the name is reputable. The reviews were good but you never know.
These pillows improved my sleep and my neck pain immensely. I knew my old pillows weren't great but I didn't realize what a profound difference a good pillow can make. I wish I bought these right out of the gate, years ago, instead of wasting money buying cheaper pillows thinking I was saving money.
