Very comfortable

I switch between the Tempur-neck pillow and the Tempur-Cloud pillow. The cloud pillow really feels like a cloud! It's a little high for me, a petite person.

The Best Pillow I've Ever Owned

After sleeping on the TEMPUR-Cloud Pillow, I finally understand why so many people recommend TEMPUR-Pedic. The pillow is incredibly comfortable and provides excellent support without feeling too firm. It gently conforms to my head and neck, helping me wake up feeling more rested and without the stiffness I often experienced with traditional pillows.
I also appreciate the quality and craftsmanship. It feels durable, holds its shape well, and has a premium feel that's immediately noticeable. While it's certainly an investment, it's one that has been well worth it for me considering how much time we spend sleeping.
If you're looking for a supportive, comfortable pillow that balances softness with pressure relief, I highly recommend giving the TEMPUR-Cloud Pillow a try.

Not how it used to be

I’ve used the cloud pillow for a few years now and I love it until I recently just bought a new one couple weeks ago with the buy one get one sale. It seems completely different than the cloud I had from before. Not sure what updates they did to it but it doesn’t work for me. I was so bummed. The cover even feels different, the old one I had the cover felt so much softer. And usually the foam would bounce back right away this new one is staying flat. I’m not a negative person so I hate to even leave a review like this. But just would love to know what updates they did to it. Bring back the old cloud. These new ones feel super cheap :(
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This pillow helps support my neck. It keeps its shape ,doesn't flatten out like other pillows I have had.

I bought this and the adjustable pillow. Not sure about the adjustable one yet but this one is fantastic. It’s a little thin for side sleepers but I prop it on top of another pillow and it’s perfect. Gonna buy a king sized one next.

Firm enough but comfortable

Wasn’t sure I was going to like this pillow when I received it but fell in love with it right away. It is cool, comfortable and just firm enough. It is soft enough to cradle my head and firm enough for good support. My husband and I both like our pillows.

Great for Neck Pain

I needed something supportive of my neck that was still soft enough to be comfortable. Most of the pillows I've tried are too hard and not snuggly. Nice to be able to turn my neck from side to side without pain the next morning!
