Softer than expected

I have only had good experiences with tempur-pedic products, particularly in that they’ve always been firm. I figured any product from this company would have that level of firmness. But this pillow is too soft for me to comfortably use unfortunately.

Too squishy

This pillow offers absolutely no support. If it wasn't a pain to return, I would have. Basically, it holds no shape and it sinks all the way down through the night. So you wake up with debilitating neck pain. What a waste.

Quality of materials has changed

First off great pillow overall but this one is not the same as the last, my wife and I have had queens in this size we upgraded mattresses to a king and we needed to update our pillow size. That being said the new king size one loft isn’t there it seems to go flat easily otherwise great pillow so maybe this one is a one off maybe im losing my mind.

I thought the pillow would be softer. It is a good pillow, but it gets flat spots, I have to fluff it several times through out the night.

No more neck pain or headaches

I used to use regular pillows and then tried memory foam pillows that were purchased from my local big box stores. I found that I was waking with neck pain, headaches and/or shoulder pain. Within a few days of using my pillow I noticed my pain easing and finally going away. It is winter now and I am excited to try the cooling features of this pillow when it warms up outside.
I definitely recommend purchasing this product/brand even if it is more expensive than the low cost products. It was well worth the price for me since it helped to sleep better and wake up without pain.

Cloud pillow

Well made but sad to say not as nice as my old Cloud pillow with the blue backing.
This new one is already shifting to one side, even with flipping daily.

We love our Tempurpedic Cloud pillow. These pillows are just the right comfort level and based on previous experience, the quality is exceptional!
