Pillow Shrinking

I bought it less than seven months ago. The pillows themselves shrank. Their entire covering was torn. Regarding their warranty policies, this is not true. They send you a bacterial mask. Everything is in an email and pictures, and in the end they don't approve. I don't trust this company.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really like the pillow, but wish it just had a little more loft/height to provide a better support for my neck as a side sleeper.

My wife used to wake up with a stiff neck and a headache on a regular basis. We tried a few different pillows, but these finally did the trick.
Over a year in, she has not had the neck issues except on the few times she has not had her pillow with her.
They are so comfortable, I also love mine and love the comfort and support it provides. Cannot imagine buying any other pillows from here on.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Cervical fusion / perfect pillow for comfort

2 years ago I broke my neck and went though surgery to fuse my cervical spine c3-c6. I used to use a pillow that had little cushion, full of feathers, very flat. Every morning I woke up with terrible pain. Ended up choosing this pillow and was blown away at the results. I wake up with no pain, well rested, and am now sold on tempur-pedic.
Also, There are a couple different pillows I would love to try to see id they might help me as I am a huge stomach and side sleeper.

Very disappointed in these pillows. They offer no support at all. I have to use multiple pillows for support. I toss and turn all night. Not worth the money.

The pillow is razor thin.You need two pillows one on top of each other.Maybe that is the reason they are offering buy one get one 😜And the bad thing is no return on pillows.
