Hurts Neck worse

I bought these pillows hoping to help my neck pain but for some reason since I started using these my neck pain is worse. Unfortunately since you can’t return pillows I’m out all the money I spent on these.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This pillow is a total game changer. I do not have neck pain in the morning anymore compared to before and even my wife got the same pillow!!

In my opinion this pillow is not supportive at all. Too soft and too low. I hardly use this pillow.
I was expecting to get a heavier firmer pillow. Not too firm, but firmer than this one. The description read this pillow is good for side and back sleepers. I don't think so at all. There is no support. I personally will not recommend.

In my opinion this pillow is the most comfortable pillow I’ve purchased. I would definitely recommend this pillow to anyone looking for a new pillow that is good quality and also delivers comfort.

The process of ordering, shipping, and receiving the pillow were all fantastic! Unfortunately we didn’t love the pillow. At the start of the night, the pillow felt great but my husband and I both had increased neck pain in the morning after waking up to a completely flat pillow. It was not as supportive as Tempur-Pedic pillows we’ve had in the past. Not sure if the quality has changed?
