Too soft

I’ve been using Tempur pedic pillows for 20 years, but this pillow in particular is the worst I have ever tried! I can hardly sleep and wake up every day with neck pain from this pillow! Apparently they offer 5 years warranty, but not on comfort!🙄

Supportive and comfortable

I was looking for another memory foam pillow to replace an old one I have been using for several years that is no longer made. The cloud pillow is the closest I could find to that. It is soft, but not too soft and provide support for my neck. I have been looking for a while for good pillows since my neck has been very sore. However, since sleeping on the cloud pillow, my neck is much better and I am sleeping!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Exceeded expectations

I’ve had the Tempur-Pedic mattress and after neck surgery, I’ve had trouble finding the right support in a pillow. No words can say how thrilled I am with my choice. Haven’t had to fluff or flip my pillow once. Neck and shoulders don’t hurt anymore, I will forever be using tempurpedic products.

Arrived nice and full and as soon as you use it, it flattens to a pancake.

It makes my neck hurt

Unfortunately, this pillow makes my neck hurt. My head sinks down so much it feels like there is no pillow underneath it. Then it feels very hard. It just isn't for me.

The process of ordering, shipping, and receiving the pillow were all fantastic! Unfortunately we didn’t love the pillow. At the start of the night, the pillow felt great but my husband and I both had increased neck pain in the morning after waking up to a completely flat pillow. It was not as supportive as Tempur-Pedic pillows we’ve had in the past.
