Much softer than my old one

Ordered these king size versions same as my standard version. They are waaaaay soft and one seems to colapse much eaiser than the other. Unfortunately no returns. Kind of expensive experiment... dissapointed.

The pillow sits up too high and was giving me neck pain while sleeping on it. It ended up just being a waste of money.

I have a Tempur-pedic mattress i purchased awhile ago and i love it. I also have the travel pillow and comfort pillow which I also love. This pillow is terrible. I purchased it as a BOGO and upon receiving it I opened one pillow and used it for 3 nights and it was a total disappointment. It was so flat I couldn't sleep comfortably and it ended up hurting my neck. I am truly disappointed your company offers this product.

I have slept with this pillow for a month, and I love how comfortable it makes both my neck and head feel, whether I’m on my back or on my side.

The same CLoud pillow I purchased years ago are not the same now. The older ones were 3 times heavier and firmer. I am still okay with the new ones but was not what i was expecting.
