For starters, Tempurpedic support is an absolute waste of time. I ordered (2) of these pillow in the king size and they offer zero support. The pillows take a long time to recover to their original shape and compress to almost 2" with very little force. If you need to get up in the middle of the night you'll need to rotate the pillow or slide it over in order to get a new resting spot for your head as the one previously will still be returning to its original shape. Possibly a manufacturing defect and zero accountability from the support team.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not as comfortable as I was expecting

The cloud pillow was not as comfortable as I was expecting.. the pillow basically flattens all the way out when I lay on it & I don't get the neck support needed.

This wasn’t as large as needed for a 6’2” man . It might be helpful for a smaller person. I wouldn’t say sleeping on it comfortable but it may help if you have neck problems.

Not right for me

I bought one of these with my bed years ago and it did well for about a year before I went back to standard pillows. I decided to try this one again thinking maybe something had changed for the better but unfortunately I could inly last a week with the new one. Caused sever neck pain for me. However, I had gotten it along with an ADJUSTABLE pillow - I would skip this and go to that instead.

The Only Pillows I Use

I’ve been using Tempur-Pedic pillows for about five years and I can’t switch to anything else. I recently purchased two more, including the TEMPUR-Cloud pillow, and they are incredibly comfortable. They give great support and keep their shape. At this point, our whole household uses Tempur-Pedic pillows. Highly recommend!
