I was in a serious car accident 11 months ago which has left me with chronic neck pain. I have had the pillow for over a month now and it has really helped reduce my neck pain. I sleep on my side and sometimes on my back and have been pleased with the comfort level for both. The only thing I would change is ordering the larger pillow size. I got the standard and have a king sized bed so it would be nice to have more of such a great pillow!
