Love this pillow. I sleep on my back half the time and on my side the other half of the time so for me this pillow is perfect. When I sleep on my side I have the pillow on one side and when I roll onto my back I just flip my pillow and it has great support then as well. I have tried other pillows and they just don't have the support that the Symphony pillow gives. I have neck problems and this is the best pillow I have ever found. I always wake up well rested and without neck pain. It's awesome.

Great For Most Side Sleepers

If you have normal-to-broad shoulders and sleep on your side, this is probably the pillow you want. It's not a soft pillow by any means but it will soften up enough to be comfortable over time. What you're getting here is a firm pillow that retains its shape night after night. The good thing is it has 2 different firmness settings by simply by turning the pillow over. So those with normal width shoulders who sleep on their side will want to use one side while those with broad shoulders would do better by flipping the pillow to the other side. It would be great if the pillow was as soft as a goose-down but what you give up in softness you gain in firmness and a good night's sleep. Expect to wake up from your first night's sleep with a little stiffness in your neck as the pillow you were using before this is almost assuredly more forgiving and not as firm. However after a night or two, your body will adapt and you'll have a pillow that's the correct thickness/firmness for what you need.

Perfect pillow for any sleep position. Love the fact that I could just turn it over & have a different support system to suit my sleep needs. Firm but not too much, it softens over time just like the mattresses. Definitely not a soft pillow, no sinking in. This is a pillow that will last many years & retain its shape. Expensive, yes but you won't be replacing it yearly either.

I've had the Symphony pillow for over 8 years and it still has its shape and still as comfortable as the day I got it. Definitely worth every penny. I mostly sleep on my side but recently since getting the new Flex supreme, I wake up on my back and am just as comfotable. This pillow actually allows for multiple positions of sleep.
Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Good Support, Holds Shape, Soft Feel

I tried out three Tempurpillows from Bed, Bath and Beyond before finding which one was the perfect fit for me. The Symphony Pillow was my second. When I tried out the Symphony pillow, I was a little bit disappointed. I thought I'd have this 'Ahhhh' feeling. But, no luck. I am a back sleeper, so for me, it was too hard and had the feeling of looking at my toes. My fiance, however, thought it was the best money we've ever spent and decided to keep his. After one night I returned it to get the TempurCloud. Tl;Dr: The Symphony is great for side sleepers, but for back sleepers, it is way too firm.

I have had my pillow about 6 months now. Normally, it would be time to replace my pillow as they usually don't last very long without losing their loft. This pillow is still just as comfortable as it was the first night! I like a pillow that holds its shape yet is not hard. This is it! I have no more neck pain and rest so much better! I have used it for side sleeping and for back sleeping. Love it both ways! Since I switch between the two positions, I appreciate the dual sides. Each works well. I have not for one minute regretted buying this pillow!

This pillow completely eliminated my nighttime shoulder pain! Because of the contour on both sides of the pillow, I am able to slip my shoulder underneath it without raising the entire pillow. And because of its firmness, it remains at a perfect level for my head without pushing down on my shoulder. This is definitely worth every penny.
