I was waking up with a stiff neck and sore muscles almost every morning before buying two of these pillows. The pillow is super comfortable and both sides are supportive, and now I get a much better night sleep and haven't woken up with tension headaches. My daughter has the second pillow and falls asleep within minutes after her head touches the pillow. It's soft so if you prefer a more firm pillow, this may not be a good option. But the softness is nice and cushions your head, neck and shoulders. Overall, I'm very happy with this pillow!

This is a very nice pillow that unfortunately is not what I was looking for. It is good to see the difference in contour on each side - I assume this is to help please side sleepers and back sleepers alike. While I am typically a back sleeper, this pillow is far too firm for my comfort. Additionally, it had about a 2 week course of an off-putting gas smell which was rather frustrating.
