My husband and I were in desperate need of new pillows. Ours were over ten years old and we were both experiencing shoulder pain. We decided to splurge on Tempur-Pedic, but these pillows are unusable! We bought them a month and a half ago and they still smell so bad I can't even have them in our bedroom, much less sleep on them. We have tried customer service's tips, but nothing has helped and they're not returnable.

I've had trouble finding just the right pillow for a while but this one has been very comfortable. It sinks a little but then will return to shape so you aren't needing to constantly smush it up. If I only had one thing to change, wish it was maybe an inch or so thicker overall but a good purchase.

The pillow is okay but not as comfortable as I was expecting. It is somewhat helping my neck issue but not completely. The pillow does not feel luxurious when I lay my head on it. In fact, it feels rather hard instead of comforting support. I'm "making it work" for now until I can find just the right pillow. Unfortunately, this isn't it - disappointing for how much it cost.

I feel that since I have started using this pillow, I am sleeping much better. Nice support of the neck. I really like that I can sleep on either side, and my stomach and back, too, and it is very nice feeling for my neck and head.

My neck and my back has so much pain. Not worth it. It causes me headaches and discomfort. Quite disappointed and I can not return it because of the no return policy. So choose wisely!
