We love the pillows we selected at the time we bought our mattresses. We are petite and the pillows are the perfect size and density for us. The Symphony pillows we bought on your online site are much thicker and firmer. They pillows do not conform to the shape of our heads like our original purchase. At the time we made our pillow purchase online our goal was to buy the same pillow we originally bought, but that was not an option. We would buy another of our first pillow, we love it, but we would not purchase the Symphony pillow again.

The pillow is soft but it's very thick. I wish the pillow was made thinner or different thickness so customer can choose which best for them.

I bought this same pillow 9 or 10 years ago when we first purchased or TP bed and I have RARELY used a different pillow the entire time I've had it. But being so old, I wanted to get a new one and pass my old one down to one of my teen kids- but once I received the new one I realized that it didn't seem as thick/wide as the one I originally have. So I am sticking with my older one (which STILL holds its form and support well- and I still live) until it truly falls apart I guess. I guess I just got spoiled with the old design. I ended up giving my new one to my teen boy and he loves it! He says it's the best sleep he has gotten in a long time. (We usually only use regular pillows for our kids Up to this point) It truly is worth the money though, if you are looking for a long lasting, quality pillow! I just wish I would have been able to try it out in a store before buying, I may have went with a different design. Stupid Covid-19.

It's alreadyA thin pillow, then it flattens so much, i might as well be laying on the bed itself. Im not sure how this got so many good reviews but it's the worst pillow I ever had

Great quality product and I love the way you can prop your shoulders on it. I bought it for neck support and it works okay. I'm 6 ft tall 220lb. My head is too heavy for the pillow. It flattens it out.
