The Experience I had with this pillow was it sleeps a little warm. This pillow is a high quality. Pillow for me is not the right pit was too low. One thing that I find strange is why don't you make queen size pillows.

I took the time to go to the local Temperpedic store to test out various pillows. Store manager told me the Symphony was their softest pillow. Later I bought 2 Symphony pillows online. What I got was "very firm - not soft". Feel like I was misled.

I had purchased neck pillow and cloud pillow. They are the best pillows I have ever had. I decided to try something new, Symphony Pillow. It is not as good as I expected. For some reason when I sleep on it, I keep sliding down so there is no support for my neck. I did not use it after a week. Don't know if it can be exchanged for a different one but I saw policy is no refund so I did not call.

I like my pillows a little bit higher and bouncier but I had serious neck and shoulder problems with my previous pillows and these ones solved it all!! I also love the cool feeling of it for hot LA nights.
