It's a very good quality pillow but 1 size can not fit all!

The depth of these pillows are too high for us. They are not comfortable for sleeping. They give us neck pain every morning so we stop using them.

I have a 10 year old Symphony Pillow and needed a new one. I bought the new one and wanted to like it...but I found myself digging out my old pillow after two weeks. They are completely different pillows. The new one is hard, yet much lighter than the old one. My head does not feel cradled on this one and I wake with a head ache when I use it from fighting with it all night. Why did you change a good thing?!

At first I thought the pillow it's self was a little flat from what I'm use too, but what a change. 2 weeks in my headaches went away, I was sleeping all night which working in restaurants and all the wild hours is unheard of. I now brag about theses pillows to everyone it has become a compete game changer. Once this is all over I'm switching to their mattresses. Yes they cost a bit but honestly if it's anything like theses pricey pillows completely worth it.

We bought these to replace Symphony pillows that we had for several years. They are absolutely not the same as they used to be. These are very lightweight, and the material is super smushable, it isn't nearly as firm or supportive as it used to be. By the end of the night my head is practically on the mattress. These might be great if you want a very soft, very flat type of pillow, but jut don't do it for us. If you loved your old one, you're in for a disappointment.

I won this in a contest in 2014. It's the only pillow I've been using since. It's basically about to hit 6 years in May and it's exactly the same shape as when I first started using it. I didn't think anything of it when I first got it, but man am I blessed. Although I just realized one side is for side sleepers (which I am) after almost 6 years of use. I will be upset if this pillow stops working but it hasn't! I am super picky with pillows so I will be afraid if I can never use this one again.

Had this product years ago with my tempurpedic mattress and it was good to go but the current one is not as good as it was. Not as supportive as years ago but still gets the job done which is good sleep.
