I purchased the same version of this pillow seven years ago, I figured I needed to replace my current one. The first pillow I received was defective and the customer service representative told me pillows are not refundable, but he could send me out another one. After receiving the new one in the mail, I am so glad I did not throw out my old one! After using the new one for one night I had horrible neck pain. The foam is COMPLETELY different than my original one, it is made so much cheaper and smelt horrible. This was a waste of my money and time.

I slept with my first one over 7 years in spite of being a mouth breather requiring washing of the cover weekly. It never lost shape but it was time to retire it with a duplicate. I was very happy to see the replacement was exactly the same as the first.

This pillow has been my favorite one for years. I want to say I've owned at least six of them. As of now, I have 2 at my house and I keep one at my boyfriends. No other pillow compares to this one. This is my go to pillow. It's firm but squishy at the same time

Do not buy this pillow!! I repeat, don't not if unless you want more neck pain! The pillow is very hard and does not have quality supposed for your neck. Very difficult to sleep on, and the material is not up to the quality of their cheaper Cloud pillow. If you don't like your expensive pillow, we'll don't worry there are no returns! So enjoy, buyer beware!

Bought on a 2 for one special. Have used the first pillow for a couple weeks and ready to move on to the second one. Hope it's not as flat as the first one. If so, what a waste. These pillows are the only ones that I can sleep on and not be miserable, years after a neck surgery. Don't know why the inconsistency with their product. Wish me luck with the 2nd pillow!

so I bought my first pillow a year ago for myself. and bought another type for my wife. long story short my wife ended up with the pillow because she slept on it and loved it. she is a side sleeper sometimes back sleeper and it has totally helped her snoring. a year later I finally got my own symphony I am a side sleeper and stomach sleeper and I love this pillow. I can scoop it under my arms and sleep like that or I can cradle it in between my shoulder and neck and sleep like that. I do not have any complaints yet other than I miss my pillow when we travel. if you are thinking about it just do it. you will love it
