Bring back the original

I have used the Symphony pillow for many years and purchased replacements in December 2019. The new pillows are smaller and not as full the original. The smaller size causes a standard pillowcase to bunch and wrinkle. Very irritating. Please bring back the original!

I wa replacing a current pillow and didn't realize until it was standard size. I wanted a queen or king size pillow. When I revisited the website, I realized there was no size option nor did the site inform me is was standard size. I feel like I goofed in ordering this.

I purchased the contoured Tempur pedic pillow because I am a side and stomach sleeper. I just find the pillow too hard. Yeah your head makes a dent but the pillow In my opinion isn't worth the price. But if you prefer a firmer pillow than this is great for you. I guess I like a little more give than this provides.

I love the pillow so much and it has really helped with my injured neck and back. However, when I first got it, it smelled so horribly of chemicals I had to let it air out for almost a week before I could manage to lay my head on it without getting a headache.

Having had a cervical fusion and very recent shoulder replacement the symphony pillow has made my sleep so much better. One side being regular and the other with a gentle curve out of it supports my head without pressure on my neck or shoulders. I was finally able to get a good night sleep after about two weeks post surgery. The relief was noticeable after one night. So happy to have found it! Will be ordering another one for vacationing.

This was order as a replacement for exactly same model 9 year old pillows, very disappointing to learn it is a very different pillow now. Not as comfortable and not as soft as a 9 years old, else is much more flat and heavy. Due to return policy now we are stuck with very disappointing product.

We bought the symphony pillows about 10 years ago and have loved them. We recently noticed they didn't seem as firm and they did previously so we decided to get a new pair. Unfortunately, these are less firm and supportive than our 10 year old pillows. Very disappointed
