[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this exact model for 7 years and loved it. Figured it was time for a replacement. This one is noticeably cheaper material and the comfort level is not good at all. Feels synthetic and doesn't hold form. Also, tempurpedic advertising is extremely misleading and the customer service is non at service at all. It's actually a disservice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had bought so many different pillows already in the past and I was skeptical but I went ahead and bought it and I am so happy I did. This pillow has made such a difference on my neck pain. I sleep so much better and wake up with less pain. At first it is a little firm but after use it softens up, so don't be afraid when you first rest your head on it and it's super firm. if you truly suffer from neck issues this is the pillow for you.

I'm very small-no padding on my backside to raise body to pillows level without putting a crick my neck. But husband who is average size and also doesn't like puffy pillows loves his Tempurpedic pillow-it has just the right loft. Good value and comfort.
