Can't sleep without it.

This has to be the most wonderful pillow I've ever slept on. I have had a fusion 20 plus years ago. And could not find a pillow that was just right. Well stop searching, not too thin not too thick just right. Heaven! I am not a big person 5-1' 105 lbs . So happy to be able to get a great nights sleep.

This pillow is way too soft for a side sleeper. I have used it for 2 weeks now and can barely move my neck. It's so soft I could probably crunch it with my hands to form a softball.

way too thick and hard

1 side is essentially flat, 1 side has an odd, firm mountain shape. The weird build-out is too firm & steep to be comfortable. Even if flipped to be used on the flatter side, the contour from the other side never allows the pillow to lie flat. Got a neck pain the whole day after sleeping on it. Of course no returns on pillows so costly mistake to order that one. I ordered a mattress that didn't arrive yet, hopefully the experience will be different!

Horrible! Not the tried and true Symphony!

Absolutely horrible! I have used the Symphony for years! It is a VERY FIRM pillow. So much so that my husband calls them bricks. I was due for a new pillow so I ordered my trusted Symphony. As a person with chronic neck and shoulder pain it took me a very long time to find a pillow that would provide me with some relief. I was always so happy with the Symphony, that is until this year. I ordered 1 in January, only to have it go to mush by July. I ordered a new one in July and at my it was ok. But by 1 1/2 months it goes completely flat after laying on it for a few minutes. I have never been so disappointed in the Tempurpedic brand in over 20 years of being a customer. I will be making warranty claims on both of these pillows and I hope Tempurpedic replaces them with the original Symphony pillows that many of us have grown to love. This is not just an issue for me as others have left reviews stating their pillows were not the Symphony pillows they had grown to trust too! Please bring back the original Symphony!

First, we love Tempurpedic brand. Got a new Tempur-Breeze Matress in Dec, and it's the best! Back on the pillows, it simply didn't work for us. They may be a bit high, and we don't get any rest from them. We both woke up with neck pain. For now we went back to use our old pillows which are on the soft side, until we find a new soft ones - TempurPedic? I hope so.

Dense and brick like after 3 months. Not supportive anymore.

Thank god for the warranty. Even though it's limited I am hoping to get my pillow replaced from the faulty materials and quality. I slept amazing the first 3 to 6 months of owning this pillow. But after that it stopped "spring back" and wasn't supportive anymore. I love the line and only own tempur pedic pillows due to neck and spine problems. Since it's suppose to contour and support you allowing you to sleep and wake up pain free is the reason I bought these. But if the pillow is this expensive and doesn't last more then a couple months it's not worth it. Hopefully they will exchange it and I can have a happy and healthy nights rest again. All foam type pillows become brick like but normally after two years not 3 to 6 months.

We have used Tempurpedic pillows for over a decade. We have spinal diagnoses and love the way the pillows support your head and neck. Your body is better aligned leading to a more restful sleep and waking without back and neck pain.

I purchased two of these pillows. They are very uncomfortable. I not my husband can sleep on them. The memory foam is very hard. I tried breathing it up but that didn't help. I have had the worst headache and neck pains when using this pillow. I would not recommend them. Unfortunately I can't return them. So I have wasted money on something I can't use.I have put them in the closet.There was nothing I liked about this product
