I bought this directly from tempur pedicure to be sure to get a quality product but this one I s very poor quality. I have a symphony pillow from 10 years ago that is softer and fuller than this new one. Very disappointed and hope to get a refund. I LOVE my old symphony pillow but the new one is awful.

Not nearly the tempurpedic pillow that I bought back in 2010. Have tried several tempurpedic pillows since then and can't seem to find one nearly as good as the one I bought then. Mine is worn out now and having no luck

got 2 of these pillows after purchasing a tempurpedic mattress with a BOGO for pillows. there were only 3 choices for this offer and I chose this pillow. it's nice with the tapering in the middle for your neck and sides for back and side sleepers, but after sleeping on it, the 1st am after sleeping on it, I had a horrible neck and headache. it is too hard for me. I am now using an old feather pillow on top of this pillow and it is fine. still can feel the edge for the neck and shoulders, but my head isn't hitting the main part of the pillow that caused me to have the headaches. I wish they had had the other choices for this mattress buy as I would have bought the other new tempurpedic pillows that have the coolant and softer pillows. yrs ago, bought the tempurpedic mattress and 2 pillows came with the mattress. at that time, the pillows were so full and very heavy. never could sleep with them, so have them in my shams on my bed. some people have slept on them, but find they are still too big and don't give with your weight of your head. husband has bad GERD, sleeps with a wedge pillow and now uses the newer pillow with the neck indention and the slant for being able to side sleep. he's happy with it.

I didn't really like is that much . Pretty small in size .more like for toddler than adults.That is my personal opinion. I would get different one if you like it to be more higher and bigger!

What a pleasure it is to finally have a pillow that improves my morning back pain. I also feel more awake and alert all day. First my kids gave me a tempur-pedic bed for Christmas 2018.
