Had a set that was years old and that needed to be replaced so took advantage of a BOGO deal w free shipping. Exactly the same pillow but feeling a little firm which I expect to wear off with nightly usage.

Can't live without it. I owned one of these pillows for many years and forgot and left it on a cruise ship and it was never found rest was never the same without the pillow that I had had for many years so now I've purchased two of them and everything is back to normal. The most comfortable pillow ever.

I was disappointed in the quality of the pillows I ordered. I have had 2 symphony pillows in the past and they were great. These were both very thin and not supportive at all. With neck issues, I really appreciate the firmness I have experienced previously with the symphony pillow but this time was different. I tried both of the ones I preferred and they were identical so I do not believe it was a matter of poor quality assurance just a change in manufacturing or design. I will likely try a different style.

We like our original pillow (same style) better than the one we just purchased. Old one is more dense then the new one. So there for provides better support and comfort. I don't know if the difference comes in because the original one was purchased from a furniture store and the new one was purchased online??

Really wanted to like this pillow. We pay extra for quality stuff, this pillow is quality but honestly it's flat and actually gives me neck pain. I really wanted to like it, it's just not for me.

had a BOGO with a mattress purchase. could only choose 1 of 3 tempurpedic pillows. husband likes it, but I have to use an old feather pillow on top of this pillow, ? until I break it in, as the 1st 2 days of use, I woke with a terrible head and neck ache. the pillow is very hard, but I do like the tapering for the neck and shoulders and the sides for side sleeping. I wish they would have had more choices from the line of pillows, as I would have preferred the flat softer pillows that have the cooling effect. a little disappointed with the choices with paying so much for the mattress we bought.
