I had my hopes so high with this pillow and I am so disappointed!! I wanted a better quality of sleep and enjoy my nights but the pillow is too high. It is very uncomfortable, I am a side sleeper and the arched part didn't work at all. I have to say, costumer service is very good, I called to return it because I had bought a bo go and had two of these pillows so they allowed me to return the one that I hadn't opened. I ordered another model that didn't worked either, it is too low. In the end, not the experience I was waiting from this brand and a total waist of my money. So sorry about this, I was expecting more.

The whole family loves the comfort of these pillows. My kids kept sneaking these pillows from my bed, so I ordered more for me. These are firm pillows and provide comfy support for side sleepers.

The pillow itself is comfortable but finding a pillow cover for it is a challenge. I tried using it without the cover and it definitely does not feel comfortable. So, i'm using my old pillows again until i can find the right cover :-/

I liked that this pillow has different side for different sleeping positions. My previous pillow was 15 years old and I would have kept using it but my new puppy tore it up, I really hope this pillow will last! It is firm and comfortable, and has helped reduce the amount of headaches I have gotten in the past. We also got it on a bogo deal so my husband got one and absolutely loves it too!

I have slept on a Tempur pedic pillow for years which I loved. I purchased this pillow thinking it was the same product, However, this pillow is not as firm or as high as my original one. I have woken up at night sometimes because the one side has flattened during the night. I have searched the other pillows offered on the website but don't see any other product that could be what I am looking for. Not sure if my original Tempur pedic pillow has been discontinued? Only purchase this if you like a soft pillow.
