Tempur-Pedic is the only product for me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been a Tempur-Pedic customer for over 20 years and highly recommend their products to any and all of my friends, family, and anyone else looking for a good night's rest. The quality and comfort I've received using their products has been a real lifesaver! I'm 55 years old and have suffered from chronic asthma all of my life. I've recently become disabled as well. Take it from someone with lots of daily aches and pains - the comfort from their adjustable bed, and stability from their pillows have been a true blessing in my life! If you're looking for a good night's rest, with true comfort and reliability in a bed or pillows, look no further than Tempur-Pedic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this pillow. Took no time to "break-in" it was immediately comfortable. I would advise since I was used to sleeping on a down pillow there was an adjustment period but it was short and now I will never go back! Will purchase again.

Best decision ever, I sleep so much better and sleep all through the night. I am so comfy and want to take them everywhere with me. Even my cats enjoy napping on them! My mom was having difficulty sleeping and I shared one with with her try and she couldn't believe the difference! These pillows work wonders! I can't wait to get a bed.

This pillow is junk. Bring back the original 5 to 8 pound pillow. Light weight doesn't do the trick. Orginal pillow was the best I ever slept on.

FAR from Feeling "Soft"!

My wife and I took advantage of a BOGO deal to try some Tempur Pedic pillows, wondering if they were worth the cost, but we are very disappointed with our product, especially since Tempur Pedic doesn't allow you to return them. We were deciding between a pillow that was "extra soft" or just "soft", and we chose the Symphony pillow because "soft" sounded like what we want, slightly more supportive than "extra soft" because there's nothing worse than side-sleeping and having the pillow suffocate you because your head sinks so far into it. Well, it's been a month now and these haven't 'broken in' or anything, they are at MINIMUM a FIRM pillow. I would classify these as EXTRA firm, because it actually hurts to lay in the same position for extended period of time. We're extremely disappointed that this was our experience, that the description of the product was, in our opinion, FALSE (at minimum misleading), and that Tempur Pedic specifically advertises that these cannot be returned because they can't be re-sold after use. DO. NOT. BUY.
