[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased these for our main bedroom, hoping to prevent any more overnight stiff-necks. My husband is a side sleeper and I sleep mostly on my side but sometimes on my stomach or back. The pillows are just *chefs kiss* wonderful for us! They stay consistently cool and feel like a stiff cloud. I do find myself wishing it was a bit more foldable - or somehow softer - but that's just me being picky. It's well made and I would definitely recommend this style to people I know. We use them everyday.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mainly I'm a side sleeper and it holds shape well, conforming to body heat and pressure to support comfortably. after getting off it it bounces back to original shape in a few seconds, where shredded/adjustable memory foam I've tried before would need to be shaken back into its basic shape to gain back it's comfort after a couple uses

Then I was unable to return it - the customer service rep instructed me to scroll down on the web page to where that fact was in small type. It is uselessly stored in a closet.

Got this to replace the old symphony pillows and this is definitely not the same pillow. It goes completely flat and I find myself flipping it and tossing and turning all night. The foam is very soft and weighs less than half of my older one. Thankfully, I kept one because I cannot sleep on this, my neck is in so much pain.
